What do I get access to as soon as I join?
As soon as you join you get access to the program currently taking place / the next upcoming program or masterclass PLUS exclusive access to a portal with an on demand playlist of trainings for you to dive into ASAP that are EASILY digestible & even easier to execute on - you also get The Doers Hub & Business Builder Gold where we IMPLEMENT everything you need to grow your business NOW.
I saw a program last month, if I join now can I get access to it?
When you join you get access to the program currently taking place / the next upcoming program or masterclass about to start. It doesn’t give you access to previous programs but you have a whole year ahead of you so the program you are thinking of is likely going to come back around at the perfect time for you.
What if I can’t attend a program or am feeling like I’m getting left behind - how long do I have access for?
Programs are live and then you get lifetime access to the replays (unless otherwise indicated). We do suggest you get there live to be in the ENERGY whenever possible but if you can’t you’ll be able to watch the replays in your own space at your own pace when it suits you.
Where do the programs take place?
Live on zoom and then the replays are sent to you via email.
What if I need to leave The Collective before my year membership commitment is complete?
When someone commits to The Collective it’s a yearlong membership where the investment of all programs are heavily discounted. When someone decides to leave The Collective they are responsible for paying what is remaining (if on a payment plan). There are no refunds and no holds.
Does The Collective include 1:1 sessions with Shani?
It does not but The Doers Hub is where you work with Shani to implement everything you’re learning - it’s like nothing else in the coaching industry! If you still want to do 1:1 sessions with Shani you can make an application to. Please email support@shanitaylor.com
How do I change my payment method?
Please email our team at support@shanitaylor.com and they’ll look after it for you.
There are no refunds. If you are purchasing The Confident Coaching Collective and for any reason you decide to leave before the full amount is paid off, you will be responsible for paying the difference remaining. If payments are late, you will be removed from accessing any programs as part of The Collective until payments are back up to date.
